📋 Description

• Develop and maintain process automations using Python (scripts, bots, integrations via APIs) • Create and manage scheduling and orchestration jobs using Rundeck • Map, document and automate end-to-end business processes • Integrate automations with internal systems, databases and REST/SOAP APIs • Monitor executions, handle failures and ensure resilience of automated processes • Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate on the technical definition of solutions • Support the development of AI agents integrated with automations (desirable)

🎯 Requirements

• Python (intermediate/advanced): data manipulation, task automation, API consumption; familiarity with libraries such as requests, pandas, selenium, playwright, openpyxl, among others • Experience with RPA and process automation tools (e.g., scheduled scripts, desktop/web bots) • Experience with Rundeck or similar orchestration/scheduling tools • Source control with Git • Ability to read and interpret business processes and translate them into automations • Development best practices: structured logging, exception handling, clean and documented code • Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Azure platform: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus or similar; knowledge of AI agents and LLMs applied to automation (e.g., orchestration with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Azure Foundry); familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines; experience with relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and/or non-relational databases; basic knowledge of Power Automate or other low-code/no-code automation tools.
