📋 Description

• Develop and enhance backend solutions in the Corporate Financial Management domain, ensuring high availability, performance, and security • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient microservices in the AWS cloud using modern architectural patterns • Work in a hybrid squad composed of people and semi-autonomous AI agents, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams • Build synchronous and asynchronous integrations using AWS services • Contribute to the design of generative AI solutions, including building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents • Apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD), Skills definition, and Progressive Disclosure practices when designing and implementing AI solutions • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and industry best practices in software engineering • Support technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices for backend development and generative AI • Continuously monitor and improve observability and performance of applications in production

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java, including best practices, design patterns, and object-oriented programming • Proven experience with microservices architecture and development of RESTful APIs • Solid knowledge of AWS services • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and AWS integration libraries • Experience with synchronous and asynchronous communication, messaging, and event-driven architecture • Hands-on experience developing software that uses AI, including building and orchestrating AI agents • Practical knowledge of SDD (Spec-Driven Development), Progressive Disclosure, Skills, and Harness Engineering for agentic generative AI solutions • Practical experience integrating with MCPs • Knowledge of different AI models and techniques for efficient token usage • Strong teaching/communication skills to share genAI knowledge effectively • Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative versioning • Experience with GitHub Copilot, DEVIN, Claude Code, or Cursor AI • Experience working with Scrum, Kanban, and CI/CD practices • Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience with Java • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases • Familiarity with production troubleshooting • Experience with feature flags, experimentation, and controlled rollout strategies • Nice-to-have: production experience with generative AI, experience in financial institutions/fintechs or corporate (B2B) financial products; AWS/Java/cloud certifications; courses and certifications in generative AI
