📋 Description

• Build modern, scalable software using AI-first development practices and tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch • Automate repetitive engineering tasks and take end-to-end ownership of built services • Use AI to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate engineering workflows, and increase developer productivity • Design and develop enterprise-grade microservices and REST APIs • Deliver cloud-native enterprise applications • Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders • Collaborate with onsite and offshore engineering teams • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design sessions • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while promoting engineering excellence and AI adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in software development • Strong expertise in Java and Python • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure • Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake • Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade microservices and REST APIs • Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices • Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, and Agile software development • Experience in AI projects, including machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision is a plus • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills • Advanced/fluent English communication skills
