📋 Description

• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership and development for the Senior FP&A Manager / Controller • Assume overall responsibility for financial planning, management reporting, and BI across all three group entities (Germany, Cyprus, and the US) • Own integrated financial planning (P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet), the annual budgeting process, and rolling forecasts • Conduct budget-versus-actual comparisons and variance analyses at both entity and group level • Prepare materials for the Board, investors, and banks, as well as business cases for strategic decisions • Act as a business partner to Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail, and Supply Chain Management • Manage budgets and margin levers together with budget owners • Own cash flow planning and working capital management • Collaborate with the Accounting team on closing data and intercompany matters • Further develop and scale the BI landscape and data models • Automate reporting processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or BI within an e-commerce, D2C, or retail scale-up, including professional and/or disciplinary leadership experience • Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Solid practical experience in integrated financial planning, group reporting, and consolidation across multiple entities (HGB, and a working knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP) • Deep understanding of e-commerce and retail KPIs (CAC, ROAS, margin, and working capital) • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL/databases • Extensive experience with BI tools and ERP systems, ideally Oracle NetSuite • Experience with AI automation and agentic workflows in Finance is a plus • Empathetic, structured leadership style, a strong hands-on mentality, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for C-level stakeholders • Business-fluent German and English
