📋 Description

• Own and scale DoorDash’s tech employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy • Shape and grow the employer brand presence in India and Brazil • Influence the AI/ML and innovation storytelling • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Brand, Comms, DEI, and regional leaders • Develop, launch, measure, and optimize multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns • Create compelling content across different media formats • Leverage AI tools for enhanced creativity, efficiency, and performance • Operate with high autonomy and visibility within global teams

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of employer brand or recruitment marketing experience • Experience supporting technical hiring (engineering, product, AI/ML) • International market experience (India required; Brazil strongly preferred) • Strategic and execution-oriented mindset • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch • Comfortable advising senior stakeholders • Active use of AI tools in marketing workflows and output • Bonus: photo/video editing, social strategy development, and long-form content writing
