• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, focusing on electronic access control systems, cloud-based solutions, and integrated security technologies • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align strategies • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals • Develop reports and presentations that summarize sales performance, forecasts, and progress towards targets • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and provide regular updates to management
• 5+ years of sales experience • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Travel 25-50% • High School Diploma or equivalent
