📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth within an assigned West Coast territory • Ensure alignment with the company's strategic and profitability objectives • Expand market share with existing customers • Develop new business opportunities • Build long-term, value-driven partnerships • Own and execute a territory growth plan • Manage pricing, deal structure, and account strategies • Forecast sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets • Build, maintain, and actively manage a strong sales pipeline • Strengthen relationships with existing customers • Actively prospect and develop new customers • Deliver a consultative sales approach • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure execution • Represent the company at trade shows and customer engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience within B2B distribution • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to manage accounts and close deals • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required • Ability to travel 50%75%
