• Conduct active prospecting (calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and partnerships). • Qualify leads and identify needs before handing them over to the sales team. • Nurture relationships with potential clients until appointments are scheduled. • Enter and organize information in the company's CRM. • Work toward clear targets for contacts, appointments, and opportunities. • Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve scripts and approaches. • Provide market feedback to improve offers and processes.
• Solid experience as an SDR, pre-sales, inside sales, or in active prospecting. • Experience in a commercial environment with aggressive targets and a high-productivity routine. • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, and active listening skills. • Organizational skills to record and follow up on all contacts in the CRM. • Availability to work on-site, Monday through Saturday, with Saturday being a half day. • Hands-on, resilient, and results-oriented profile. • Preferred: Experience in clinics, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness. • Previous experience selling high-value consultative services. • Proficiency with sales scripts, cadences, and commercial playbooks. • Comfortable discussing self-esteem, personal image, and life-changing transformations.
