📋 Description

• Supporting the creation and implementation of HR strategies and processes • Managing and coordinating recruitment cycles (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling) • Maintaining and updating employee records with accuracy and confidentiality • Facilitating onboarding and orientation for new hires • Assisting with training and development program planning • Supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures • Helping with employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives • Participating in HR analytics tasks such as tracking recruitment metrics and employee feedback • Ensuring compliance with internal HR guidelines and relevant labor regulations • Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth HR operations • Providing general HR administrative support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in HR • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy management • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to coordinate onboarding, training programs, and engagement activities • Proficiency in HR management tools (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and general office software • Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance standards (a plus) • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism • Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration related field preferred
