📋 Description

‱ Communicate clear, compelling narratives, both written and verbal, to influence and align stakeholders, synthesizing insights, business goals, and constraints into actionable recommendations. ‱ Develop and refine customer personas by integrating research insights, performance data, and market trends. ‱ Serve as a subject matter expert on online casino customers, guiding targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies across campaigns. ‱ Analyze competitor marketing strategies, including creative execution, messaging, and positioning, to identify opportunities and inform approach. ‱ Partner with Research, Analytics, and Media teams to translate customer insights into effective campaign strategies and briefs. ‱ Build a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and broader market trends to inform strategic direction. ‱ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, customer-first strategies across channels and touchpoints. ‱ Take ownership of initiatives end-to-end, proactively identifying opportunities, driving work forward, and delivering results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

🎯 Requirements

‱ At least 5 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, or customer insights within a business-to-consumer environment. ‱ Experience working with digital or technology brands. ‱ A data-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations. ‱ Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to incorporate new information and act decisively. ‱ A track record of ownership and accountability, with experience driving work independently from concept through execution. ‱ The ability to translate customer research and data into actionable marketing strategies. ‱ Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners. ‱ A customer-first mindset and curiosity for evolving market trends and consumer behavior.
