📋 Description

• Own finance data at DrAnsay, from reconciling invoices and purchase orders to building financial dashboards • Link invoices to purchase orders and reconcile revenue, payment, and accounting data • Prepare and cleanse historical financial data and provide it to Accounting • Take ownership of existing, partially undocumented processes, understand them, and make them more reliable • Prepare controlling data and visualize it clearly • Build and further develop central finance and company dashboards • Conduct ad hoc analyses of revenue and other commercial KPIs • Work with Data Engineers on data quality, definitions, and data sources • Support Accounting in the correct use and interpretation of data • Automate processes further where SQL or Python skills are available • Serve as the point of contact for revenue and other financial data • Report directly to the Head of Data and work as part of the Data team • Collaborate closely with Accounting, Data Engineers, and the Head of Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Very strong practical Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, PivotTables, or Power Query • Approximately two to three years of professional experience, for example in audit, controlling, or as an analyst • Regular experience working with financial or controlling data • Experience preparing financial or controlling data for others • Business acumen, including an understanding of the difference between revenue and cash flow • Independent working style and the ability to navigate incompletely documented processes • Openness to technical topics and AI-assisted ways of working • German at C2 level • Good English skills; at least B2 level is required in the application form • Willingness to perform recurring tasks thoroughly and reliably • SQL or Python skills are a plus but not required • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus • Experience in audit, ideally at a Big Four firm, or in Accounting is a plus • Experience in a start-up or e-commerce company is a plus • A degree in business, economics, or a related field is a plus • A valid work permit for Germany will be requested in the application form
