• Running proactive outbound campaigns. • Identify and engage new advertisers while strengthening relationships with returning partners to meet and exceed goals. • Driving revenue growth through authentic partnerships. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of designer advertisers, helping them promote their work and grow their creative businesses on Dribbble. • Selling and optimize designer ad inventory. • Strategically manage and sell Dribbble’s display ads and sponsorship placements to ensure great results for our community and strong revenue performance. • Collaborating across teams for seamless execution. • Work closely with sales and product teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that align with partner goals and the Dribbble experience. • Cultivating trusted community relationships. • Relevant experience. You have hands-on experience in digital or display ad sales and a strong understanding of creative communities. • A proven track record. You’ve successfully built and managed pipelines, partnered closely with designers or creative professionals, and helped them promote their work in ways that drive real growth and visibility. • Exceptional communication and relationship skills. You know how to connect with creatives, listen with empathy, and build trust through thoughtful conversations. • A passion for design and the creative community. You’re energized by helping designers succeed and are excited to work in a space where creativity and business intersect. • Authenticity. You approach your work without ego and focus on the success of the team. • Comfortable carrying a quota. You’re comfortable working towards and exceeding goals that align with your responsibilities and are motivated by success. • Strong time management and organizational skills. You are experienced in utilizing CRM tools to optimize sales processes, pipelines, and forecast tracking.
