📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 Area Managers to achieve regional production and growth objectives • Drive accountability through performance management, territory planning, and consistent execution of sales strategies • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent while fostering a high-performance culture • Partner with Area Managers on dealer group opportunities, market expansion efforts, and strategic relationship development • Monitor regional performance metrics and leverage data to identify opportunities, remove obstacles, and accelerate growth • Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Product, and Dealer Specialists to ensure a best-in-class dealer experience • Serve as the voice of the field by providing market intelligence, dealer feedback, and competitive insights to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Strategic thinker who balances execution, growth, and long-term market development • Data-driven decision maker who uses metrics and insights to drive results • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities across a large geographic region • 7+ years of indirect auto finance, automotive, or related sales experience • 3+ years of leadership experience managing field sales teams preferred • Strong understanding of dealership operations, F&I processes, and indirect lending • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region
