📋 Description

• Research Drop Zero Digital's website and LinkedIn before applying • Explain what the company does, where it was discovered, and why the applicant wants to work there in a Loom video • Depending on trial performance, own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations • For hiring operations, manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-up, tracking, and process-failure alerts • For client delivery operations, plan, brief, follow up, and ship client work while maintaining timelines and task momentum • Make decisions independently and take responsibility for outcomes • Identify slipping work, decide on corrective action, and close issues before being asked • Complete an email test involving a real decision task, internet speed, computer details, and work history • Participate in a 15-minute founder call and a recorded video interview • Complete a paid six- to eight-week trial on live work from week one • Track working hours using the company's time tracking tool

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and it is your only job • During the paid trial, put in 4 hours a day, 2 of them at a fixed time within the company's working day • Can keep your current job during the paid trial • Pass the trial and give notice and come on full time within 30 days • Internet with minimum 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live • Strong written English • Based in South Africa • Track working hours in the company's time tracking tool from the start • Having held a full-time job in the last 12 months • Work history verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips • Misrepresenting work history is disqualifying
