📋 Description

• Grow Drop Zero Digital’s AI image service • Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area determined during the trial • For hiring operations, run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes • For client delivery operations, plan, brief, chase, and ship client work, hold timelines, brief the team, and prevent work from stalling • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked • Make real operational decisions daily and take ownership of their outcomes • Identify failing processes, including company processes, and report them clearly • Participate in the application, testing, interviews, aptitude tests, and six-to-eight-week paid trial process • Make decisions on live work from the first week of the trial and respond to feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with the company, including 2 hours at a fixed time inside the working day • If you pass the trial, give notice and join full time within 30 days • Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with the company • Strong written English • Based in South Africa • Track working time with the company’s time tracking tool from day one • Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Work history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips • Misrepresenting work history is disqualifying
