📋 Description

• Manage controllership and fiscal/financial planning activities; • Perform result stratification to analyze individual performance and the consolidated performance of business units (BUs); • Create and maintain the national and global budget and tax plans; • Prepare and update periodic presentation materials of results at various internal and external levels; • Manage contracted services within the area of responsibility; • Manage policies and processes for auditing and controlling results; • Present results and KPIs in governance meetings; • Ensure the Company's international expansion strategic plan; • Validate technical, legal, and efficient concepts to replicate processes across international units; • Serve as the focal point for administrative activities and results reporting of international units; • Manage tax, financial and accounting activities in the process of opening and implementing new foreign units, engaging counterpart areas to maintain processes; • Ensure maintenance and renewals of strategic insurance policies; • Ensure maintenance and renewals of lease agreements for all units; • Ensure compliance in master data and managerial classifications of items; • Provide advisory support to the Board of Directors and the President, preparing management reports to support strategic decisions and the group's tax matters; • Apply strategic vision to identify and propose continuous improvements in the processes of peer areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; • Specialization or MBA; • Experience in accounting and/or tax processes; • Fluent English; • Up-to-date knowledge of fiscal and tax legislation; • Microsoft Office – advanced; • Advanced Excel
