📋 Description

• Develop and manage sales pipeline within assigned territory • Act as commercial lead for building and supporting EMEA advanced catheter & molding strategic roadmap • Regularly travel to customer sites to present Dupont Healthcare Solution's offerings • Implement strategic account management practices to maintain and grow relationships with global key accounts • Drive the expansion of business within the assigned territory • Responsible for growing business with both assigned and new accounts • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key contacts in customer organizations • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and new market opportunities • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the territory and target markets • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams • Lead negotiations and close deals • Accurately forecast sales targets and work to meet or exceed goals • Gather customer feedback and market insights • Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline status • Keep abreast of competitor activities and strategies • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and sales techniques.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid sales experience in the Life Sciences with a focus on BioPharma upstream and downstream process knowledge • Experience in ISO-13485 and FDA/EU Class II and Class III Regulatory Clearance is preferred • A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Excellent negotiation and closing skills • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements • Ability to work in an environment with evolving goals and business processes • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
