• Maintain a high volume of weekly outreach across phone/email/LinkedIn, to identify and qualify potential clients. • Research and connect with decision-makers to understand their needs and communicate with Duve's Solutions. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective prospecting strategies. • Follow a consistent cadence of prospecting and follow-ups • Keep CRM data clean and up to date
• 2+ years experience as a BDR/SDR (or a strongly outbound commercial role) • Confident cold-calling and strong written outreach skills • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) • Strong organization and consistency (cadence-driven, detail-oriented) • Coachable, resilient, and motivated by measurable goals • Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, sequencing tools — advantage)
