📋 Description

• Client focus: Align project scope and deliverables with clients, project sponsors, and portfolio managers • Strategic support: Actively contribute to market, acquisition, and growth strategies • Project planning: Decide on agile or traditional project methodologies • Project ownership: Manage all project activities to achieve objectives • Structure & governance: Organize project and committee meetings • Agile methods: Apply agile principles and practices in projects • Knowledge transfer: Contribute experience and expertise to training and process design • Flexibility: Take on strategic or operational special assignments

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification • At least five years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in securities, consulting, or IT environments • Strong Microsoft 365 (M365) knowledge (operation and rollout) • Understanding of Microsoft cloud services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams • Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods (e.g., project management certifications, Scrum, SAFe©, Kanban) • Excellent German language skills at C2 level • Good English language skills at B2 level • Strong communication skills
