📋 Description

• Lead and roll out standardized empowerment SOPs for Store Leaders, District Managers, and DS trainers • Provide TTT and on-site coaching shadowing for Store Leaders, District Managers, and DS trainers • Supervise training tasks and conduct annual evaluations for Store Leaders, District Managers, and DS trainers • Conduct store service audits and assessments • Use data insights to identify gaps and implement targeted improvement plans

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of training experience with renowned brands • Proven experience in retail training, trainer TTT, and field coaching • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Strong command of English and Mandarin • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills • Strong business acumen and strategic alignment capability • Trainer development, TTT facilitation, and capability-building expertise • On-site performance diagnosis and targeted coaching capability • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Performance evaluation, talent assessment, and team motivation capability • Data analysis and digital learning performance monitoring capability
