📋 Description

• Perform all contract performance-related activities, typically tied to a customer site. • Interface between the customer and project team, managing information and requests. • Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of project progress. • Negotiate changes, variations, and solutions to issues. • Ensure adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications. • Monitor financial and technical metrics specific to the contract. • Perform proposal negotiation and contract administration functions with minimal supervision. • Support managers and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts. • Function as the customer liaison on contract matters. • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility. • Analyze data and support recommendations using technical experience and expertise. • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues. • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus. • Influence others on topics within the field.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and related. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in services and related operations • Strong customer service and quality mindset • Proven ability to lead in a global environment • Exceptional communication, presentation and planning skills • Must be able to travel within the regions (50%) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
