📋 Description

• You are the central contact for retailers in your region • Communicate and look after the markets • Implement a successful sell-out strategy to position our products in the best possible way • Budget responsibility for sell-out figures as well as communication and management of retailers in your region • Expansion of existing customer contacts • Planning and implementation of innovative marketing strategies • Conception, development and implementation of advertising measures/promotions based on the Dyson marketing plan • Holistic responsibility for all retail marketing measures at the point of sale, e.g. POS furniture and presentation of marketing activities in the corporate design • Support of POS and shop-in-shops • Presentation, introduction and training of products at the point of sale as well as training of the staff employed by the trading partner • Personnel responsibility for the specialist consultants employed in your region • Conducting year-end meetings with key partners based on the company goals and drawing up joint business plans • Competition analyses and effects on sales • Close cooperation with key account management, internal sales and the marketing department

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree (business administration with a focus on marketing/sales) or comparable training • Professional experience in sales and/or (trade) marketing - ideally in the field of technical consumer goods • High affinity for technology • Experience in the marketing of premium or luxury consumer goods as well as very good market knowledge (Germany) and a high interest in trade trends • High customer focus, strong communication skills, sales skills, flexibility, resilience and personal responsibility • Professional appearance, good presentation skills, analytical thinking and independent working style • Residence in the sales region (since the place of work is home office) • Willingness to travel within the region • Good IT skills in the current MS Office programs • Very good knowledge of German and English.
