📋 Description

• Identify and act on opportunities to increase sales and profits and improve customer experience • Propose, test, and implement new services and operational improvements • Take full responsibility for store performance and standards • Provide management feedback and recommendations on stock and services • Resolve customer escalations in line with brand values • Create personalized customer interactions that build brand advocacy • Recruit, coach, and develop managers and future store leaders • Set team and individual targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback • Lead on the sales floor and demonstrate excellent customer and team execution • Drive store performance metrics, including profit, volume, conversion rate, NPS, average purchase value, and attrition • Monitor key results, identify trends, and take corrective action or make recommendations • Execute operational and merchandising strategies aligned with local HQ • Plan store readiness during peak trading periods • Uphold policies and standards for operations, security, cash handling, health and safety, and loss prevention • Protect confidential customer, team, and business information and company assets • Support store opening, closing, inventory accuracy, and maintenance tasks • Manage escalations and resolve operational or team-performance problems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of team management experience required • Advanced level of English • Solid retail management experience in high-performance, customer-facing environments in the relevant format • Proactive, resourceful, energetic, and outcome-focused approach • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills • Ability to work schedules including weekends and holidays based on retail needs • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and achieving operational excellence • Ability to manage ambiguity and make sound judgments under pressure • Strong integrity and emotional intelligence • Ability to build trust
