📋 Description

• Preparation, submission and follow-up of commercial proposals • Follow-up with clients who received quotes • Updating information and records in the CRM • Support in organizing administrative tasks for the technical area • Preparation of documents, spreadsheets and presentations • Review of texts, reports and technical content • Support in coordinating schedules and logistics with suppliers and laboratories • Online research to support activities • Occasional participation in meetings or client visits when required

• Hybrid profile with both commercial and administrative focus • Organized, clear communicator and detail-oriented • Ability to handle technical and commercial demands simultaneously • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to processes • Professional, collaborative attitude and strong client communication skills • Experience or knowledge in Occupational Safety • Experience supporting the sale or commercialization of technical services • Experience with CRM and organizing administrative processes
