📋 Description

• Site acquisition & portfolio expansion: Identify market potential and develop parking garage sites up to decision readiness. • Network management & market presence: Leverage and expand a broad, established network. • Site assessment & business development: Analyze potential locations and perform economic evaluations. • Negotiation & contract conclusion: Conduct discussions and negotiations with owners and partners. • Strategic development: Monitor market trends to further develop the expansion strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in site acquisition, expansion, project development, or real estate • Strong network with property owners, project developers, asset holders, and municipal decision-makers • Experienced in off-market sourcing and able to spot opportunities before they are publicly listed • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills — including at executive and owner levels • Structured, independent work style with a strong understanding of profitability and site potential • Willingness to travel and business-fluent German plus very good English; advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
