📋 Description

• Advising and following up with prospective participants, primarily by phone and video meeting • Managing prospect and registration lists in our CRM system • Handling the administrative registration process, including support with funding applications (BAföG and similar) • Ordering materials, planning courses, and opening new courses • Participant and course administration, including communication with funding bodies • Creating certificates and transcripts and preparing conferences and other educational events.

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial, administrative, or technical vocational training/education • Ideally, experience in administrative areas of educational organizations • Confident in using and learning software applications • Proficiency in the German language
