📋 Description

• Conducting hearings • Drafting defenses, appeals, and pleadings of high, medium, and low complexity • Handling settlement negotiations • Case management and procedural monitoring • Updating internal and client systems • Internal audits and audits at the client's request

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) • Experience in all stages of litigation • Experience in civil litigation preferred • Basic Microsoft Office skills
