📋 Description

• Attendance at hearings; • Drafting defenses, appeals and pleadings of high, medium, and low complexity; • Settlement negotiations; • Case monitoring and procedural follow-up; • Updating internal and client systems; • Internal audits and audits at the client’s request;

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Law degree; • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Experience in all stages of legal proceedings; • Experience in civil litigation preferred; • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
