📋 Description

• Representing clients at hearings; • Drafting answers/defenses, appeals, and legal briefs of high, medium, and low complexity; • Managing and monitoring case procedures; • Updating internal systems and client portals; • Conducting internal audits and audits at the client's request; • Assisting and supervising the work of interns in the department.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Experience in all phases of legal proceedings; • Preferred experience in civil litigation; • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
