📋 Description

• Conducting hearings; • Drafting defenses, appeals, and legal briefs of high, medium and low complexity; • Handling settlement negotiations; • Monitoring case progress; • Updating internal and client systems; • Conducting internal audits and audits requested by clients;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; • Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration; • Experience in all phases of the litigation process; • Civil litigation experience preferred; • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
