📋 Description

• Conducting hearings • Drafting answers, appeals, and pleadings of high, medium, and low complexity • Negotiating settlements • Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up • Updating internal and client case management systems • Conducting internal audits and audits at the client's request

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) • Experience across all stages of legal proceedings • Experience in civil litigation desirable • Basic proficiency in MS Office
