📋 Description

• Support lead generation by identifying potential landowners across Sweden who could benefit from joining forest carbon projects. • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and events to introduce Ecobase’s program and gather key information about landowner interest and eligibility. • Assist in qualifying leads by helping assess basic land characteristics, forest types, and suitability for carbon projects. • Schedule and prepare meetings for senior team members, ensuring smooth handover of leads and up-to-date contact records. • Contribute to database management and CRM upkeep, ensuring all landowner interactions are properly documented. • Support event planning and follow-up for industry meetings, field visits, and regional networking activities. • Collaborate closely with the rest of the team and learn from forestry, technical, and commercial colleagues as you develop your skills.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree (or final-year studies) in forestry, environmental sciences, natural resource management, or a related field. • A strong interest in sustainable land use, carbon markets, or climate-positive forestry. • Clear and confident communication skills — you’re comfortable reaching out to landowners and explaining ideas. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, while also collaborating effectively with a supportive cross-functional team. • Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can grow and make an impact. • Bonus: Experience working in forestry, agriculture, rural development, or a related sector (internships or projects welcome). • Familiarity with CRM systems. • Previous exposure to landowner relations, customer service, or outreach work. • Desire to grow into a more senior client-facing or project development role in the future.
