📋 Description

• Lead Performance Management cycles, including goal setting and review, performance evaluations, calibration, and PDI follow-up. • Manage and enhance the Corporate University by identifying and consolidating training needs, developing learning paths, managing the training matrix, and liaising with vendors. • Execute leadership development programs, including initiatives focused on developing first-time leaders. • Manage and monitor the onboarding journey, conducting follow-up conversations and proposing improvements to the new-hire experience. • Support the design and implementation of development programs, including Internship, Trainee, and Young Apprentice programs. • Develop and monitor L&D, Performance, and Talent metrics, supporting strategic meetings and decision-making. • Conduct satisfaction surveys, training effectiveness assessments, and initiatives related to employee experience. • Support projects and committees related to Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, and Performance. • Partner with business areas, strengthening relationships with internal clients and supporting their development needs. • Support the development of the department budget by consolidating information related to Human Development programs and initiatives. • Be part of the HR team and lead development, performance, and learning projects, working closely with business areas and leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development. • Experience with performance evaluations and goal management. • Experience with development and learning programs. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with diverse stakeholders. • Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills. • Comfortable working with metrics and preparing executive presentations. • Preferred: experience with Corporate Universities, leadership programs, and learning platforms.
