📋 Description

• Focus on complex technical support, root cause analysis, and process optimization • Analyze and resolve complex incidents related to our cloud/archive solutions • Perform root cause analyses and coordinate cross-departmental adjustments • Continuously improve our support and operations processes • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT staff and PACS teams • Monitor services on internal systems as well as customer systems • Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and support the team

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of professional experience in technical customer support (1st & 2nd level) • Solid practical knowledge of PACS systems, DICOM, HL7, and IHE • Strong expertise in Windows Server environments and SQL databases • Fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
