📋 Description

• Advise and partner with leaders, managers and employees on people-related, organizational and employment law matters throughout the employee lifecycle • Build and maintain constructive relationships with employee representatives, including managing Works Council matters and procedures • Support organizational change, transformation and change management initiatives • Manage and implement individual personnel measures in compliance with legal requirements, company policies and corporate governance standards • Support core HR processes, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee development, recruitment and workforce planning • Support annual compensation and workforce planning cycles and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and standards • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support audits and compliance activities, and contribute to local, regional and international HR projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or a comparable field; alternatively, an equivalent professional qualification combined with relevant HR experience • Several years of professional experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally in an international and matrix-driven organization • Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law • Practical experience working with employee representative bodies, e.g. Works Councils • Experience in core HR processes and organizational change and transformation initiatives • Solid knowledge of HR best practices • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office • Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, with a high level of initiative, accountability, business orientation and discretion when handling sensitive matters • Fluent communication skills in English and German (C1) • Any other European language is an advantage
