• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Consultative-Sales, idealerweise im Umfeld erklärungsbedürftiger Softwarelösungen • Ausgeprägtes Prozess- und Lösungsverständnis im Kontext digitaler Unternehmnsprozesse • Hohe Seniorität und Souveränität im Umgang mit Entscheider:innen • Starke Kommunikations- und Beratungs-Kompetenz • Erfahrung im Vertrieb von mission-critical Software und Services, idealerweise im Umfeld Sage 100 und Sage HR Suite
