• Implementierung und Konfiguration von HR-Software bei unseren Kunden (Schwerpunkt Personio) • Analyse bestehender HR-Prozesse und Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen • Aufbau von Automatisierungen und Integrationen mit Power Automate • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung eigener Produkte und Tools mit modernen Web-Technologien (React) • Nutzung von Vibe Coding / KI-gestützter Entwicklung als Teil deines täglichen Werkzeugkastens • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden — von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum Go-Live
🎯 Requirements
• Ca. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR-Digitalisierung, HR-IT oder Software-Implementierung • Erfahrung mit Personio (Konfiguration, Workflows, Schnittstellen) • Kenntnisse in Power Automate zur Prozessautomatisierung • Grundkenntnisse in React • KI-gestützte Entwicklung (Vibe Coding) — du nutzt moderne Tools, um schneller und smarter zu arbeiten • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
