📋 Description

• Lead and provide professional and disciplinary development for the three-person Design Team • Act as the interface between the Creative Directors and the Design Team • Translate overarching Creative Direction into consistent execution across relevant touchpoints • Plan and manage capacities, priorities, resources, projects, and deadlines • Receive and distribute briefs from Creative Direction, Marketing, and other departments • Take a hands-on role in designing packaging, ads, social media content, newsletters, webshop and other digital assets • Oversee and manage 3D graphics, renderings, and print and POS materials • Ensure clean, production-ready print files • Integrate AI and automation into design processes • Further develop templates, visual systems, asset structures, and workflows to improve quality, speed, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in brand, visual, or packaging design, along with a strong portfolio • Experience leading and developing employees • Extensive experience in packaging design and confidence in creating production-ready print files • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma • Strong affinity for AI and practical experience with Claude and other relevant AI tools; experience with automated workflows is a plus • Hands-on mindset, initiative, and the ability to manage projects and priorities in a structured manner • Strong creative ideas and the ability to work closely with a Creative Director and consistently implement overarching Creative Direction • Very good German language skills, at least C1 level • Willingness to work full time (40 hours per week across 5 days) or at least 35 hours per week
