📋 Description

• Develop high-performing creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads. • Design static ads, carousels, and display ads. • Conceptualize and edit video ads, Reels, and short-form content. • Create AI-powered images and videos using modern AI tools. • Develop new advertising concepts, hooks, and creative campaign ideas. • Optimize existing creatives based on KPIs and A/B testing. • Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to increase conversion rates and ROAS. • Design landing page elements, banners, and campaign assets. • Analyze current social media and performance trends. • Ensure a consistent, premium brand presence.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in performance creative, digital design, or creative advertising. • Portfolio featuring successful ads and video creatives. • Excellent eye for design, visual language, and storytelling. • Experience with performance marketing and conversion-focused design. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva. • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or Veo. • Understanding of A/B testing, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion optimization. • Independent, structured approach to work. • Creativity combined with data-driven thinking. • Excellent German and English language skills. • Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or premium lifestyle sector is a plus. • Experience working with UGC creators and influencer content is a plus. • Knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising is a plus. • Experience with photo and video shoots is a plus. • Understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing is a plus.
