📋 Description

• Own company-wide controlling, annual planning, forecasts, budgets, and regular management reporting • Analyze financial KPIs and monitor liquidity, cost structures, and profitability • Develop well-founded recommendations for action • Coordinate finance processes, from invoice management and reviewing incoming invoices to working with tax advisors on monthly and annual financial statements • Own the Candis invoice management tool • Continuously develop finance systems and processes • Support accounting activities • Identify optimization opportunities and actively drive the digitalization and scalability of finance processes • Serve as the central point of contact for finance-related questions • Collaborate with the executive team, HR team, and other departments • Coordinate external partners such as tax advisors and banks • Independently manage and prioritize topics while ensuring high quality and timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification • Several years of relevant professional experience in finance, controlling, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ideally in a dynamic business environment • Solid experience in corporate controlling and preparing forecasts, budgets, and management reports • Experience supporting monthly and annual financial statements, with a good understanding of accounting relationships and processes • Experience with digital finance tools such as Candis or comparable solutions • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with DATEV Unternehmen Online and digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana • Experience with Shopify is a plus • Strong numerical aptitude and an analytical, structured approach to work • Strong hands-on mentality • Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with internal and external stakeholders • Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) • Availability to work full time (40 hours/week); a minimum of 35 hours/week is possible • At least 3 years of professional experience outside of studies or vocational training in finance, controlling, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
