📋 Description

• Sort, respond to, and archive emails in the inbox • Open, label, digitize, and file unread physical mail • Prepare insurance quotations and financial plans • Enter figures into Google Sheets • Schedule appointments; no inbound phone support required • Monitor activities in the CRM system • Prepare for and follow up on appointments • Create follow-up emails, reminders, and plans • Support YProFinance with back-office quotations, concept development, task reminders, appointment preparation, and recruiting • Design Versuro Academy training programs for insurance brokers and onboard brokers onto software systems • Schedule and coordinate commercial inquiries for FinanzFliege in the CRM system • Optionally create content with Jarvis AI and publish it on the website

🎯 Requirements

• IHK-certified training as an insurance and finance specialist OR, for career changers, demonstrated knowledge of insurance and finance • Understanding of basic insurance coverage, including health insurance, personal liability insurance, and occupational disability insurance • Willingness to learn and develop professionally • Interest in expanding knowledge of homeowners and renters insurance, automobile and motorcycle insurance, accident insurance, checking accounts, and savings accounts • Accuracy and diligence when preparing quotations and entering figures into Google Sheets • Ability to use or learn CRM systems and digital communication tools
