• At least 3 years of professional experience in media buying, with proven experience independently managing six-figure monthly budgets. • Confident user of Meta Ads Manager and third-party tracking tools (e.g., Triple Whale). • Hypothesis-driven approach: you make decisions based on data, not gut feeling. • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
