📋 Description

• Propose scope for monitoring risk models based on mathematical and statistical methodologies; • Define procedures for monitoring risk models (PD, LGD, EAD); • Propose alert levels and monitor performance tracking indicators for models; • Prepare technical and executive reports on risk model performance; • Assess the adequacy of rules and methodologies used in model development in accordance with current regulations (Res. 4.966/21); • Evaluate the integrity of the data used in monitoring risk models; • Propose and apply statistical tests to risk models; • Contribute with the team to develop solutions to improve controls, tools, and the automation of operational tasks; • Ensure appropriate handling of internal and external audits and regulatory requirements; • Support other departments and affiliated cooperatives, acting as a reference and providing technical guidance on key model monitoring indicators; • Share knowledge, promote a risk-aware culture, and exchange experiences in a collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; • Graduate degree or MBA in a related field; • Proficiency in Python and SQL; • Experience developing with Power BI; • Experience in Modeling or Model Risk areas; • Knowledge of Databricks (advantage); • Experience working in a credit cooperative (advantage).
