📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management and development of the educational region in line with the company strategy (financial, pedagogical, administrative) • Regional business responsibility for revenue and cost targets • Strategy and further development for existing and new daycares • Leadership and development of an interdisciplinary team of experts (areas including finance, recruitment, market & customer, facilities, daycare management) • Ensuring pedagogical quality based on the high‑standard educcare educational concept • Identifying growth and expansion opportunities and developing new daycare projects/new business ideas • Networking with relevant regional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading a business unit, region or larger team with strategic and operational responsibility • Practical experience working with interdisciplinary, self-managing teams is desirable • Experience in a related field or structure (e.g., social sector, education, support/funding systems, etc.) • Desire to shape the organization, enjoyment in decision-making, and a sense of humor • Enjoy developing and implementing innovative ideas together with the team • Strong communication skills internally and externally • Strong planning and organizational skills • Excellent self-management
