• This is a remote position. • eduCLaaS is a Pan-Asia digital learning and talents platform with the mission to deliver growth for talents and enterprises in the digital economy. • Our innovative CLaaS delivers Competency Learning as a Service, to support work-integrated learning, digital solutions implementation, and just-in-time talent development. • Job Mission: You will drive business growth by engaging with enterprises, providing consultative sales, and promoting Lithan Academy’s programs. • Your role will involve proactive outreach to companies, identifying their needs, and offering tailored digital learning solutions to support their talent development and digital transformation initiatives.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, with B2B sales experience preferred • Proven track record in hunting and setting appointments through calls and emails • Consultative sales skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients preferred • Diploma or bachelor’s degree • Passionate about upskilling and advocating for digital transformation • Excellent English communication skills • Willingness to learn and a good team player
