• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking. • Set appointments with potential clients for the Enterprise Sales Lead. • Engage with companies to understand their digital skills and talent development needs. • Provide consultative needs-based selling to offer the best-suited digital learning solutions. • Maintain and track sales activities and conversion ratios to achieve the sales targets set. • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Team Lead to ensure successful client engagements and satisfaction.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, with B2B sales experience preferred • Proven track record in hunting and setting appointments through calls and emails • Consultative sales skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients preferred • Diploma or bachelor’s degree • Passionate about upskilling and advocating for digital transformation • Excellent English communication skills • Willingness to learn and a good team player
