• Business Development & Sales: Identify, prospect, and engage higher education institutions (universities, colleges, autonomous institutes). • Pitch EdTech solutions (AI programs, certifications, labs, digital platforms, CoEs, etc.) to academic leadership (Directors, Deans, HODs, Management). • Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and MoUs for institutional clients. • Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation → product demo → negotiation → closure. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred. • 2–7 years of experience in B2B or Institutional Sales (EdTech or Higher Education preferred). • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
