• The Account Director is the main client contact on assigned accounts, both existing and new. • Responsible for identifying client event needs, building & maintaining relationships, and executing specific account strategy. • Works closely with all Departments from sales management through event execution. • Relied upon to mentor and guide teams towards customer success. • An internal example in leadership, methodology, and navigating internal and external communication.
• Minimum 5+ years of Corporate event management. • Expert level understanding of event management scope and ability to lead planning process. • Minimum of 5+ years of direct client management. • At least 3 years of account management. • Experience in account sales, consulting and development role. • Exceptional negotiation and budget management skills.
