📋 Description

• This is a remote position. ManageEngine is the IT management division of Zoho Corporation. • With over 280,000 customers across the world, ManageEngine is a recognized leader in the IT management space. • We've been witnessing phenomenal growth and to keep up with the demand we are doubling down on our hiring to build a world-class team. • Learn more at www.manageengine.com • This position is remote except for ample travel within the state/surrounding area. • Job responsibilities: • ManageEngine tools to cultivate and maintain excellent working relationship with selected accounts • Work closely with technical leads with regard to filing RFP’s as well as the support teams for any customer escalations • Responsible for the revenue output • Occasionally accommodate overlapping work hours with Indian time zone (IST)

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to learn, including new technology and industry trends • At least 2-4 years of experience in Business Development/Technical Support/Sales/Customer Support role • Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) concepts
