📋 Description

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management and Succession Management solutions • Advise clients on Talent Management processes, best practices, and solution design • Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, and provide recommendations • Support the evolution of Talent Management solutions towards skills-based organisations and career development frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM) • Strong practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management • Solid understanding of Talent Management processes and best practices • Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills • Nice-to-have: SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) • Nice-to-have: SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder (JPB) • Nice-to-have: SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning, ideally with certification • Experience integrating skills and job architecture frameworks across SuccessFactors • Experience with JDM-to-JPB and TIH migrations • SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace • Knowledge of skills-based organisations, job architecture, career frameworks, and career pathing
